Refunds & Exchange Policy


We want our customers to be 100% happy with their “irresistible” purchases but we understand occasionally you may wish to return or exchange an item.

We will happily refund or exchange an item, if it is returned to us in it's original condition.


Returns

  1. Contact customer services at customerservices@irresistible-lingerie.com or phone us on 0161 637 9554 within 7 days of receipt of your goods stating your name and address and the item you wish to return.


  2. You will receive a returns number and form by e-mail.


  3. Please complete the returns form and include it with your return.


  4. Returned items must reach us within 14 days of receipt of the item, if you live outside the UK we will extend this period for you to allow for postage time.


  5. Send the item(s) back to Irresistible Lingerie Ltd. Your parcel is your responsibility until it reaches us, so we recommend using a registered service that insures you for the value of the goods, i.e Royal Mail's recorded delivery service.


  6. We offer free delivery on exchanges but if you are returning items please ensure that all shipping/mailing costs are prepaid by you.


  7. Items must be returned in their original condition. The item must be returned to us unworn and unwashed with the swing ticket still attached. Please ensure that underwear is worn when trying on briefs or thongs. If Irresistible Lingerie Ltd considers the product to be soiled or damaged a refund will be denied and the product will not be accepted for return.


  8. We will confirm receipt of your return by e-mail.


  9. All refunds will be credited to the Debit/Credit card used for the purchase as soon as possible and within 7 working days of Irresistible Lingerie Ltd receiving the item.

Exchanges

If the item you wish to exchange for is not in stock we will contact you by e-mail so you can decide if you wish to choose a different item or a refund.

  1. Contact customer services at customerservices@irresistible-lingerie.com or phone us on 0161 8620154 within 7 days of receipt of your goods stating your name and address and the item you wish to exchange and the style, colour and size of the product you would like.


  2. You will receive a returns number and form by e-mail.


  3. Please complete the returns form and include it with your return.


  4. Returned items must reach Irresistible Lingerie within 14 days of receipt of the item, if you live outside the UK we will extend this period for you to allow for postage time.

Faulty Products

If you consider a product to be faulty due to a manufacturing fault, please follow the refund procedure above. We will investigate the product and contact you by e-mail or phone to discuss a refund or exchange.

In addition to our returns policy, under the Distance Selling Regulations you have seven working days (beginning the day after receipt) to cancel your purchase. In this case, we will provide a full refund on the goods only, but you must return the cancelled items to us at your expense.


Statutory Rights

Your statutory rights are not affected by our returns policy.
