Refunds and Exchanges


We want our customers to be 100% happy with their irresistible lingerie but we understand that you may wish to return or exchange an item.

Please note for hygiene reasons we don't accept returns or exchanges on briefs, shorts or thongs but we do offer a good size range and if you are a size 12 for example you can choose from a 10/12 or a 12/14 size at the time of ordering.

We will happily refund or exchange a bra or nightwear provided it is returned to us in its original condition.

Returns

  1. Contact customer services at info@irresistible-lingerie.com or phone us on 0161 637 2766 within 7 days of receipt of your goods stating your name and address and the item you wish to return.
  2. You will receive a returns number and form by e-mail. Please complete the returns form and include it with your return.
  3. Returned items must reach us within 14 days of receipt of the item, if you live outside the UK we will extend this period for you to allow for postage time, but please contact us first to discuss.
  4. We will post an exchange out to you free of charge but when you are returning items for exchange or refund please ensure that all shipping/mailing costs are prepaid. Send the item(s) back to Irresistible Lingerie Ltd to the returns address below. Your parcel is your responsibility until it reaches us, so we recommend using a registered service that insures you for the value of the goods, i.e Royal Mail's recorded delivery service.
  5. Items must be returned in their original condition. The item must be returned to us unworn and unwashed with the swing ticket still attached. Please ensure that underwear is worn when trying on briefs or thongs. If Irresistible Lingerie Ltd considers the product to be soiled or damaged a refund will be denied and the product will not be accepted for return.
  6. We will confirm receipt of your return by e-mail and all refunds will be credited to the Debit/Credit card or Paypal account used for the purchase as soon as possible and within 7 working days of Irresistible Lingerie Ltd receiving the item.

Exchanges

  1. Contact customer services at info@irresistible-lingerie.com or phone us on 0161 637 2766 within 7 days of receipt of your goods stating your name and address and the item you wish to exchange and the style, colour and size of the product you would like.
  2. You will receive an exchange number and form by e-mail. If the item you wish to exchange for is not in stock we will contact you by e-mail so you can decide if you wish to choose a different item or a refund. Please complete the exchange form and include it with your return.
  3. Returned items must reach Irresistible Lingerie within 14 days of receipt of the item, if you live outside the UK we will extend this period for you to allow for postage time, but please contact us first to discuss.
  4. We will post an exchange out to you free of charge but if you are returning items for exchange or refund please ensure that all shipping/mailing costs are prepaid by you. Faulty Products

If you consider a product to be faulty due to a manufacturing fault, please follow the refund procedure above. We will investigate the product and contact you by e-mail or phone to discuss a refund or exchange.

In addition to our returns policy, under the Distance Selling Regulations you have seven working days (beginning the day after receipt) to cancel your purchase. In this case, we will provide a full refund on the goods, but you must return the cancelled items to us prepaid.

Statutory Rights

Your statutory rights are not affected by our returns policy.
